A result of his lifelong interest in the arts, Michael's path in film/photography began when his father, an avid photographer, gave him his first camera for his thirteenth birthday.
Raised in Toronto, Canada, Michael was educated in Marketing, Business Administration, and The Creative & Performing Arts.
Michael’s film production and photography consists of a diverse array of subject matter including sports, urban lifestyle, and commercial.
His extensive travels inspired a deep desire to capture his adventures on both digital and film formats creating a narrative that is both highly personal and aesthetically accessible.
In 2016, while working as the Director of Marketing in the south of France, he quickly realized that photography and videography were closely entwined and dove headfirst into film production taking charge in all aspects including, but not limited to, the creation of story lines/scripts, directing, set design, production, editing, and even jumping in front of the camera from time to time!
Michael’s true passion lies in pursuing the encapsulation of life’s fleeting and rarely seen moments, sharing glimpses into a world that might otherwise have remained unseen.
